Grace Lutheran Fellowship will reopen for in-person worship beginning Sunday, June 7th. We will host three services Sunday 8:30 am and 11:00am, Monday Evening 7pm under the following safety protocol measures:
We will encourage the sick, compromised, and even those who are yet “uncomfortable” to stay home.
We will continue to provide video services for Sunday Worship at Home.
We will host three services throughout the summer to spread out the numbers.
We will have seating provided at social distancing of 6 ft.
We will highly encourage the use of masks. For those who are not able to worship unless all are masked, we are reserving Saturday, 11 AM to be MASK ONLY Worship for the safety of those most vulnerable to Covid-19. This is the Service that will be recorded. You are welcome to join us beginning June 6th.
We will suspend the receiving line throughout the summer.
We will wipe down surface areas, doors in-between services.
We will have hand sanitizing stations in the Gathering Area and before entering the Sanctuary.
We will not host the choir over the summer, but will consider socially-distanced special music (instrumental, solo, duet, trio, quartet… max).
We will have the doors open (touchless entry).
We will not have fellowship pads to sign; Grace Notes or Worship Bulletins to hand out (touchless worship). Both will be provided at www.graceromeo.com
We will ask offering envelopes be placed in the receptacle at the entrance to the church (no passing of plates).
Communion will resume on June 21, a) The pastors will hand-sanitize and will be masked. b) We will not offer the common cup until further notice. c) Communion will take place in a modified, socially-distanced, continuous line. Only one line. d) The host will be placed into the hand, not directly into the mouth.
May the Lord bless our ongoing efforts to both feed and protect the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand!
